Jason was very fair with the bid to replace our 25 year old tile roof. He gave us a choice of what material we wanted and we went with the best. They came out immediately for an estimate. They were prompt and courteous and explained the process in detail with a clear timeline. They were always available if I had questions.
After approval, they came to do the work exactly when promised, and within just a few days, the new roof was installed and ready. The project manager inspected the job then walked me through it for approval. They cleaned up thoroughly.
I really couldn’t be happier with this company. They were a true blessing and reasonably priced.

Jimmy at pro west went above and beyond!!!! Had some storm damage, called the insurance and that was it. Jimmy handled absolutely everything including the code change on my older home which included decking my old home. I'm so floored by these guys work ethic. The redecked and roofed my entire home in one day!!!!!! You ever have a roofing issue call and ask for Jimmy Rouch.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
