He even helped me find an HVAC (Comfort One) company on short notice as we had planned to replace our old rooftop package unit in conjunction with the roof work. They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.
