SunShield Roofing repaired and replaced a rotted/leaking section of my flat foam roof along with a complete elastomeric roof recoating. In addition they had also replaced some broken Mexican sanstone tile with concrete on another section of my roof. I'm a knowledgable handyman and a bit of a perfectionist, so when I reviewed the completed job, I was truly impressed with their work and attention to detail overall. Their cost was fair, they showed up on schedule, and provided photos to show those repairs. Alfredo and the group of professionals at SunShield Roofing exceeded my expectations.

Needing a new roof - you won't need to look any further. When it came time to replace our roof, we called Express Roofing at the recommendation of several neighbors. We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the materials and work. Rene was very thorough in explaining the process and materials. The crew arrived on time every day. The office staff also contacted us on a daily basis with photos and video of the progress. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and the experience of working with Express Roofing.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
