They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.

Ronald came out to check my roof cause of a leak. Found out it was the elbow on my air conditioner. Wrote out all instructions for the air tech. Quoted me a reasonable price for foam roof. Said I didn't really need it now. Wished me a Merry Christmas and left. No charge. Very nice and up front!

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Terrible experience January 3 paid $2250 as 50% down for roof repairs and resealing. I was promised at that time the work would be complete by January 12. No one showed up. After numerous emails and phone calls we were promised the work would be complete by January 18. January 19 a worker came out and used an air blower on the roof. To our complete surprise on January 22 D&L roofing made an additional unauthorized charge to my visa for $1125. After another series of emails and phone calls we were promised our roof would be complete by January 26. On January 26 a worker came out and removed a large portion of patching material that was covering a large crack on our roof leaving or roof exposed to the elements. After all that we were fed up and asked Steve for a full refund. Steve agreed to refund us but as of today (February 19) has not yet done so. We are disputing charges through our Visa card. We filled a complaint through the Better Business bureau, D&L never responded and have now filled a complaint with the registrar of contractors. Buyer Beware

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
