We have three flat roof sections and a walk deck that we have had coated every 5 years. After 19 years we wanted to do more than the coating paint and started researching roofers and foam products. We saw a couple of Ultra Foam company trucks in and around our area shortly before we started getting quotes. Ultra Foam Roofing had great reviews, but our final decision was when another roofer was out and said foaming was a good idea for the three flat roofs and then he recommended Ultra Foam Roofing who he had used himself. We got a quote (Jon explained the process with the quote) and scheduled the work. David, our tech, was on time, explained what he was going to do, did the work and it looks great. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company. Great customer service and workmanship.

I hired Ironwood Roofing to fix a few leaks on my roof as well as reinforce areas that might fail sooner rather than later. Chris was a doll to work with. Even before he and his men came to do the entire job he came over before a storm to fix the major leak. His men were there for an entire day and came back with more calking. I believe they did a little extra work to make sure all was well. Very pleased with IR, Chris, and the workers. I would highly recommend.

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will recommend them to our friends.

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. These folks are contracted thru my apartment complex. They have patched a leak on the roof over my apartment that is under warranty. They have patched it 4 times in two years and the roof still leaks. It leaks to the point that my cieling came in and I needed buckets to catch the water. As a tenant they have put me in a bind because they will not sufficiently fix this job. Obviously they are doing it cheap cause of the warranty and not actually repairing the roof. I am litetally paying another roofer out of my pocket this time to come out and see if the treatment they suggest (5th time is the charm?) is a good option. I need someone else to look at the roof bedside I think they are completely full of it. I need to be able to defend my position if I break my lease and get taken to court. I think their quality of work is poor because they expect the tenants to simply be upset at the apartment complex and they feel will face no recourse or will not get called out on their poor workmanship. Well sorry Affirmax this review at least caught up with you. Very little help to me as I partially work out of my home and have lost money due to the inconvienve of my cieling caving in and leaking water everywhere. Shame on you for being so fraudulent. Shame on you for taking advantage of lower income tenants that you obviously have no respect for. I would not recommend this company to any commercial business that has value in their ethics.

We hired D & L to do our commercial building, which has about a 5,500 square foot flat roof. Greg and his team did a great job, explaining the process along the way, and getting the work done quickly, even with the hot days we had. I highly recommend their service for anything related to a commercial roof.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
