What was even better is the follow through after I chose Phoenix Roofing to replace my roof. They were on time every day, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the project earlier than expected. Brandon visited my house each day throughout the process to make sure that all the roofers were paying attention to all the details we discussed. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. My roof started flying off in a ridiculous storm. Called my insurance agent and then The Phoenix Roof Company immediately. They came by, assessed the damage, helped me tarp the area, and then fixed the roof in no time. They even repaired the addition, patio, and outbuildings so everything would match.

Always prompt, done faster than expected, and even made an allowance for my Air Conditioning guy to slot in and replace that unit at the same time. They worked hard and fast, and made sure it looks fantastic. Cleanup was awesome, and it was basically like I went to work one day and came back to a new roof!

Steve and Laura were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They gave me the best pricing on my replacement, compared to 4 other estimates, and completed the work in the timeframe they told me. The crew cleaned up everyday and Steve made sure all the roof openings were covered to preventive birds and anything else from getting in. Laura is very nice to deal with and always responds quickly.
