I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose

Josh and his crew are true professionals, before the job started Josh gave me the schedule and his job expectations. I was really impressed with his knowledge and his direction. I live in a older home which I was unaware a few other issues. Josh helped me understand the cause of these and also offered a solution. I would recommend The Phoenix Roof Company to anyone.

Also I wanted to add my house was left VERY CLEAN at the end of each day. No nails were left on the ground or debris were left on the job site.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
