They replaced our foam roof a couple of years ago - great job and no problems there - and came today to check on a small leak in our metal roof.

Allstate Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. I choose them over other 6 contractors , not only on the price, but on the value offered through warranty from the manufacturer (when looking at 30 years period, a small increase in price is well spent money !). They were extremely professional, timely and knowledgeable about all the options available to us. They re-roof the house, and we were able to have the work earlier than expected. Prior to the installation they answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Once the job started they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Their team was polite and respectful of our property as well as our neighbors during construction. They cleaned the entire site every day, including around the house, making sure no scraps, nails, etc are left around. At the end, they filled all paperwork with the manufacturer for warranty. We would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing for any roofing needs you may have!

It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. Fortunately, a neighbor (we live in Scottsdale) recommended Scott Roofing. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. The company as a whole does good work I had my roof replaced and they did a good job but what they don’t tell you is the bank they use will cost you just as much or even more just to have a loan at the bank they use my roof cost 33 thousand dollars the bank they used to get me the loan charges 11.99 % interest plus almost 11 dollars a day in total 39 thousand dollars on top of my 33 thousand dollar roof so I would not use their bank and find your own to use because it’s not worth it

I had this company come to repair my roof. They took my money (3000$+) but did NOTHING. I lived out of town so no chance to inspect their work. By that time I assumed all the ppl will do their job with honesty. I was too naive. My neighbor helped me inspect the roof and told me nothing had been done. I had to go through a dispute process with Arizona Registrar of Contractors to get my money back. I have learned so much from this lesson. Never assume with granted that ppl will do their job.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

They do not have an office in Phoenix. Do not do business with them as they appear to be trying to pretend they have an office but do not.
