Called for a quote after storm damage. Had a rough go with their phone sales guy. I originally left a negative review of this experience.

The owner called me to personally to apologize. He assure me that the employee in question has been dealt with. While I have since gone with a different company, I would consider them in the future as I value their customer service ethic and resolve to make the situation right.

Rarely do i post reviews but these guys are some of the hardest workers I have seen and the office crew and management are customer driven exceeding expectations in ALL areas. This is the team you want to call for your roofing needs!!!!
