It was time to replace our roof, but we had heard so many horror stories that we were worried about finding a good roofer we could trust. All I can say is that they were very straight forward and explained everything really well and did what they said without any surprises. I'm writing this review to acknowledge the great job that Jeff, and Express Roofing did for me. First off, Rene the estimator that came out was very knowledgeable with many years in the business and we talked at length about all the aspects of the job. I have done contracting and realized there were many things that needed attention on my house. Pictures were taken as part of there procedure which I thought was smart as well. Rene had a great understanding, and a solution for all of the needed details. I had several other companies come out to bid the job, but in the end it was his pointing out finer points in a roofing contract that gave me confidence to hire Express. The crew came promptly at the agreed on time, performed the work in a very professional manor, cleaned at the end of every work day. They did not take any shortcuts on the job. In the end I ended up with a beautiful roof.

Charlie was terrific and so is his crew. Seven of them came up to Payson in one day ripped off to roofs on the house and the garage and finished it. Professional courteous Timely and friendly. We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional
