My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.

This was my first experience with IEF and if Troy is any indication of the character and the ability of those working for this company, they must be successful. It was supposed to be a small and relatively short home project. Unfortunately, it turned out to be 6 hrs and multiple trips to the store. That was just the first day. Todd was determined not to leave the project unfinished but due to faulty lighting and junction boxes and excessive stucco, he ran out of daylight. He was back the next day and the project was completed. The exterior lights look great. He also installed a motion detector that was not part of the quote. And he did all this at no extra cost to me. He has a customer for life and I will refer IEF to anyone needing electrical services.
