An hour before the appointment, I received a call to confirm prior to the electrician arriving. The electrician arrived at the exact appointed time (very rare these days). This place is a scam. The testing assessment is a joke the instructor , she doesn't know a thing about electricity or electrical work A waste of your time. They never called back. Had to call them.They tell you to be on time they're a half hour to 45 minutes late. Completely unprofessional. The company needs a new H.R staff.

Mark correctly identified the issue—a defective component in my ceiling fan's light fixture. We'll place an order for the part and have him return to install it. He fixed the wiring for another ceiling fan while he was here. I will prescribe him to my neighbors and most certainly use him once more!
