5/5 - I won’t use anyone else and would recommend Spectrum to anyone in a heartbeat! I had some electrical upgrades to a sub panel including grounding and additional circuits (residential property). Their responsiveness, timeliness, communication and install are all top notch. If you live in Jacksonville, this is THE company you should use for any electric work!

I have worked with 1st Electric Response for over 7 years. Nigel, the owner is friendly and straight forward. The staff are consistent. They have helped me with over 14 homes through out the years. Some jobs have been as simple as replacing electrical outlets to more complex jobs such as running power to a garage apartment. No job is too big or small for this team!

My wife hired an electrician from this company and she wouldn’t stop raving about the great service she received. She needed someone to do electrical repairs in our guest house, and the staff was quick to arrive and fix the issue on the same day. She said she found the contractor of her dreams!

They were so responsive and helpful. Came out same day and took care of all my needs. Then after they were done and gone I realized there was still something wrong in another area of my house. I called and they came back to help me troubleshoot and fix that as well! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! Will definitely use PA Electrical again for any electrical needs.
