Bought a new ceiling fan. Might have been able to install myself but felt better about having a pro do it. Brian was prompt and professional. 100% they will be my first call if I need future electrical assistance.

Very professional, nice guys came to wire my 2 1/2 garage, 2005, they did a great job, then hurricane Irma 2017 came took out that garage, then Pilot elec. came and wired another garage.
We’re very happy with this company. Pilot Electric also changed out our door bell and I use them for some small jobs as well. They always save me money, and that’s a win for us.

We can't say enough good things about this company. They had to trench electrical out to a pool pump and several other outside and inside outlets. The crew was most importantly knowledgable, and professional, friendly, respectful, communicative, and on time. We will definitely be using them again.

Our regional director came on site after work was done and assessed the job and said it was barely 10k worth of work, which would have been ok except Eagle quoted us 10k and ended up charging us 15k. To make matters worse, they did not complete their work. Jason was more than willing to blow my phone up pestering me for his payment, but after making multiple promises to fix the issue I vocalized to them before the job even began as the number one issue, he has failed to keep his word. These guys are pitch guys. Low quotes then jacking the price up and not doing the work. Jason walked the property twice with me before quoting and both times I vocalized to him that the parking lot lighting was the most important part of the job. They waited until almost the very end of the job to work on the parking lot lights, that was tough enough, but then installed these cheap, red spectrum LEDs that don't even light up the lot. I addressed it with the site supervisor and with Jason the first day after the lights went up and from that day on they promised that they would get the correct fixtures. 6-7 weeks later, and after multiple promises, lots of posturing from Jason about looking for fixtures, bringing a light specialist onto the site to assess the situation, etc. They have now just ceased all communication. 10k quote. 15k by the time it was all said and done. And did not even fulfill their promises, or address what I had vocalized was the number one concern coming into the job. If you want to get over charged, and have a company grossly under deliver, work with Eagle Electric and Jason.

I didn't mind the actual service they provided. However, they were late in coming to my appointment. They literally didn't show up about the next day. Then, they went on ahead and made a decision that could have cost me extra money, without my consent. When I went to tell the supervisor about it, he told me that I kept complaining about nothing after they did a great job. He didn't take the time to listen, or was not even humble enough to give a crap about my complaint. Yes, I did complain. Not complaining about the service, but I am now complaining about this supervisor's attitude. He was disrespectful and on top of that he told me that any other electrical issues, I can got to another company. I will take your advice on that, sir.
I don't mind paying extra, but only if quality customer service comes with. He kept my bill at the original rate that he promised, but you can't shut me up from telling others about how terrible you treat your customers.

I asked them to work on three jobs at my home. They came a few minutes early on the day they scheduled and they were done by noon. After a preliminary check, I am very happy with their work.

No showed for an appointment made a week prior. I text & called without a response. Very disappointing.

Called Current Electrical Contractors and several other companies to get a quote on having a new outlet installed. Current was the only one to get back with me quickly and provide a quote. They were able to put me in their schedule right away. The crew was on-time, quick, professional, and just did an all-around great job. I'll be using them again in the future as it's hard to find vendors like them these days. Thanks, Current!

If you’re looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! The other 5 star review from crystal Blackburn is fake - she is the office manager. This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn’t see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn’t call “yesterday”. when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I “couldn’t prove it” even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won’t own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won’t give me their insurance info.

Moore Electric came out to my office and solves the mysterious electrical problems I was having with my sign and overhead can lighting. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them.

I’M REPOSTING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE SOMEHOW IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN DOWN…Had these people come out to my home in Gainesville 4 months ago. We asked ahead of time the cost for an estimate. They conveniently “couldn’t say” . Guy comes out. We need two lights that are not working properly to be fixed. Both need rewiring in the attic. It’s gonna cost $650 bucks. No thanks that’s too expensive. He charged me $256 bucks for the estimate . Wow! What a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH WHEN YOU ASK FOR SIMPLE THINGS LIKE WHAT’S THE ESTIMATE GOING TO COST. THEY GET ZERO STARS INMYBOOK.
