Today after requesting a quote, I immediately got a response from TopTech. They had an appointment set up the same day, and notified me when he was on the way. Eric showed up right on time. He was courteous and immediately got to work. He was very detailed in explaining what was wrong, what caused it, and gave me multiple options on how to fix the problem based on my budget. Eric gave me more info than I could’ve asked for which for me is perfect! I always have lots of questions. The rates given were fairly priced and Eric assured me that he would be the one to come back to work on it. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Update: Was able to finally set up a time for TopTech to come out and upgrade the full panel along with replacing a faulty ground outlet. Prices were still on point! Casey and his partner came out this morning and got straight to work even in the rain storm. They were able to add a surge protector, rod, and a cold water bond with the new box installation. They worked through their lunch time to make sure the power could be restored before taking a break to get their food due to it being an all day kinda job which was much appreciated. Service was perfect and they were extremely professional and nice. Will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. So happy to have a safe home :)
