I hired Dave to put a chimney cap on my 2 story chimney. He got it done quickly at a good value. So, I asked him if he could tackle another job. He got it done when he said he would and even though it took him longer than he estimated we worked out a fair deal for both of us. He stuck with it! So, I've asked him to tackle yet another job replacing rotten trim around windows on the outside of my home. He's starting Monday. He's my go-to guy from now on - because he does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it at a fair price for both of us. And, he gets back to me when I leave a message!
