I used Arc Angel to get 14-50 NEMA outlet installed for my EV. They were one of the few companies that provided me with an estimate without needing to schedule and pay a dispatch fee. The estimate provided was affordable and much less than the others I received (some wanted $1000+, the EV up charge I guess). Eric came to install my outlet.
