He was very friendly, showed me the damage to my board and what needed to be done. We had several overloaded circuits and he fixed that. It was not cheap, but I had a lot of work done and he did a great job. He spotted a safety hazard(a ungrounded GFI).I would recommend him!

Cross Electric was a FANTASTIC company to work with. They were able to show up a day early due to a customer cancellation in their schedule. The Service Tech Mr. Day, I believe his first name is Aaron was very polite and personable as well as knowledgeable. We had 2 new outlets and carriage lights installed in/on our garage. We had gotten estimates from other Electricians for this job that were astronomical. Cross Electric was extremely fair on their pricing and was able to complete the install SAME DAY! Which looks incredible by the way. If anyone is looking to have any kind of electrical work done please give Cross Electric a call. Mr Kenneth is highly dependable. He picked up my phone and understood what my electrical problem was. He told me he will be at my house in 20 minutes. I thought it was a joke. Lo and behold he was at my door exactly 18 minutes. He was a perfect professional man. He diagnosed my electrical problem with accuracy and within 15 minutes of arrival and he gives you an update of what he finds as he goes. I was supposed to get the parts needed for the work but Mr Kenneth used his car to procure the parts and did not charge me extra unlike other people. His labor charge is reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Mr Kenneth to anyone! Thank you!

After the storms the night before had broken tree limbs causing my meter to be torn off the house I called early in desperation for help. These guys came right out for me pushing other jobs back.
