Woke up this morning to no heat. Called Brothers and Kim answered the phone. She was very polite and listen as I described my problem. She showed concern for my issue and got me an appointment right away. Mark the Technician arrived on time and was very polite. Mark took the time to listen as I described the issue. I was thinking it was the Gas valve. He took the time to look at the issue his self and determined it was not the Gas valve. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and his diagnosis was correct. Saved me money. Will definitely use Brother again.
