He prepared same-day detailed estimates for me to bring back to the sellers, who ended up covering those vendor fees in part because of the professionalism and detail of those estimates.After I closed on the house, the Tipping Hat team came out and provided flawless service. They exhibited great professional care including efficiency, communication, and expertise.After the job was completed, Kodiak came back for an in-person walk through and has been available still for questions weeks after. I would highly recommend these guys. Had two techs come fix my problems, they gave me an estimate which was reasonable but when they finished it was less than they quoted! That doesn’t happen.
