Woke up to a seized heater blower motor. Called Golden West at 6am and a friendly gentleman named Bill answered my call on the 2nd ring (impressive in itself). Described the issue and he advised a tech would be at my house between 8am and 10am. At 7:45, I received a call from Golden West that my Tech Chris would be at my house at 8am. Also received a nice email confirming the appointment, along with a description of Chris and his credentials. Chris was extremely competent and replaced the bad motor. Everything is working perfectly again. I highly recommend this company, and especially Chris.
