*Run*! Don’t walk away from this group. I called them for excess moisture. An employee named Ben comes out to inspect my unit. Without doing much inspection he immediately diagnosed a cracked heat exchange. He didn’t even take a carbon monoxide reading let alone a visual inspection of the heat exchange. He told me that my only option was to replace the entire unit! For a little excess moisture lol. This dude wanted me to pay $15k. Turns out it was a $3 hose that had split when we changed the humidifier filter. This dude calls up his buddy to try and sell me on a whole new unit. I just played along, but this is a classic scam. This guy even said: “this is worth going into credit card debt for.” This makes me think he was looking to rip me off, not just incompetent. Seriously, as a consumer look out for these guys. They are not even being subtle about ripping you off.
