Joshua fixed our clogged kitchen sink today. He was very knowledgeable and found a better method of unclogging sink from the outside line, instead of unclogging from the downstairs pipes. He did not want to damage the older pipes downstairs. He was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. He knows his plumbing. The plumbing in our house was in good shape since brothers plumbing has done all the plumbing repairs in our house and we had just had a water heater installed.John I did a great inspection and found out that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, that would be harmful to our health.Andrew L did a very good job of replacing the furnace for us. We were very impressed on his performance and explanation of what he was going to do. The weather was getting colder and when the new furnace was installed it warmed up our house quickly and made us very happy.Thank you.Mathew B. did a great job of relocating the turn off switch to the furnace. We are able to reach it with no problem. Thanks.Conner R. did a great job of inspecting the shower plumbing and advised us of the needed pipe upgrade that we needed, so that we would not have problems later on.Joe R. did a great job of checking our water pressure in our house, which was normal. He found the water softener reduced the water pressure slightly and we were given a quote for a new water.Michael K. inspected the furnace and thermostat thoroughly and answered all the questions I asked of him. He replaced the filter that was dirty. Great job and thank you.Andrew N got the furnace operating and found that the circuit board malfunctioned, which will be replaced.
