I really appreciate that the technician was on time for the appointment and he was also very courteous and professional. He wore the blue slippers over his shoes and was very respectful of my home. He patiently answered all my many questions and give his expert advice. I felt that he was really knowledgeable and trustworthy to perform the electrical work that I needed done.

The technician, Branden that came to replace our water heater is a great guy! Very personable, knowledgeable & professional. Even gave us advice on other issues we have around the house that came up in conversation.Glad we called Doctor Fix-it!So much so that we now have appointments set up with them to send out an electrician and a HVAC tech to take care of some other household maintenance.

Top Shelf did a great job on updating the electrical in my garage. They were very professional, great communicators, offered a good price, and were very adaptable to my time needs and changes. Definitely will use them again.
