I received a call within hours of inquiring about installing an electric car charger and they provided frequent check-ins during the scheduling process. I received text updates on the day of installation to let me know a technician was on the way. The work was done quickly and professionally. Terrible company to work for. Environment is like in a high school for gifted jerks , safety is like an abstract concept which is in there just because of fear of OSHA audit, pretty much all departments are messed up too badly ( if there was some quality managment it is gone long time ago).

We had a GREAT experience all around with Bryan and his team!
We had 3 appliances go out within 2 days and started hearing a crackling noise coming from our electrical panel. I looked up electricians in my area on Home Advisor and Bryan answered right away. I explained the problem and Bryan knew what it could be almost immediately and told me it could be potentially dangerous. I was able to get an estimate scheduled that day and he worked with my schedule and came late to diagnose the problem.
Bryan and Casey were able to diagnose the problem in 30mins (we were having electrical arcing inside our breaker box and it had basically melted two breakers. We needed to replace the whole electrical panel and they said that was very likely the reason why our appliances weren't working). He gave us several different options to fix the problem. We chose an option in our price range and he had an entire estimate written up the next day.
The day of the repairs Bryan, Casey, and Han were able to once again work with my schedule so I could get into the Dr :) They showed up very promptly and are a very efficient team. They moved right along on what looked like a huge undertaking and got the job done in a very timely manner; and all our broken appliances started working again! AND Bryan, Casey, and Han checked every outlet in our place to make sure they worked and labeled every breaker in the box. I have never lived in a place where all the breakers were correctly labeled.

I had a really good experience with Elevated Independent Energy! I felt like I could trust this company, they performed everything they said, and I enjoyed everyone in the company. I had bids from several solar companies to include Tesla and SunRun. I was skeptical of what those companies were telling me and when they would be able to deliver. I had no issues with EIE. Recommend!

Sturgeon electric was used by an outside source contractor and didnt do the job up to our standards like hang a disconnect not level and had 10 different electricians on site Durning the project. I'm glad I'm not a union electrician because they don't do great work.
