Best Commercial Retrofit in Denver CO

We were so fortunate to have Team Electric to not only do two complete restaurants space builtouts about 3 years but also with all the remodeling and tenant change, Team Electric have been with us with every step of way. Team Electric, from the owner, Nate, numerous wonderful electricians, Ivan, Zeke to Michelle in the office have been the best people to support us in any electric needs. They are prompt, efficient, cost effective, and most importantly they know how to do it right! We feel like we have become a part of their team with Team Electric -that it feels like a family.

My experience with R&A was excellent. Shawn, the technician showed up on time, and was very courteous and professional. He and two other men installed a service meter and panel. Rick came by later to inspect the job. The city inspector also commented on how well the job was done. Thanks guys!

Company work for good people

Your employees are idiots who don't know safety. I was at DIA and they were doing radiation tests. A guy was standing there with caution tape but didn't caution off any of the seating even though you weren't allowed in that area. There were hundreds of people in the area including small children. I told him to tape off the area where we werent allowed due to radiation testing and he got irritated and refused. In the time he spent arguing with me he could have taped it off. Well done.

Tony and his team were great to work with and did high quality and efficient work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality electrician who knows their stuff!

Lakewood Electric is a very first class team of electricians working in the Greater Denver Metro area they have been working recently on the Cherry Creek Innovation Complex in Dove Valley and Also The Boy and Girls Club Facility in Elbert. They strive to complete on task and with efficiency.

We hired Electric Doctor for a 200AMP service upgrade, in addition to a interior panel relocation. Working with Jimmie was a breeze! Always easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The quote for our job was fair and honest, and accomplished everything we asked for. The two electricians that were assigned to our job (Tyler and Anthony) were top notch guys. They were polite, clean, and explained everything thoroughly to us. We felt very safe having them work in our home during COVID. Overall, you could tell the team took pride in their work, and we are happy we made the choice to use Electrical Doctor for our service! They will be our go to source for any future electrical needs.

You definitely want to get a quote first. While they were nice on the phone the job they did for us was over 75% higher than I would have expected. They were at the house for two hours, two people, put in a plug and charged $900 dollars. I have a 50 amp 220 that took a company 2 days to get from the house to the detached garage and they charged me $200 less! I have been a Realtor for 30 years and done fix and flips for 20 years and have never been taken to the cleaners like this! I would have asked for a quote and called around and waited on my old company (who was busy, because they charge reasonable rates), but it was for a medical devise that I had to get installed right away and I was at the hospital with my wife so I had to find someone immediately. I expect people to be fair and honest, at a minimal have some self respect when charging someone for a job. I paid the bill because I asked them to come, but If I were you I would wait for someone else! They also left the place a total mess!

FYI Jim doesn't do agreements just estimates. He Started a total remodel of 2600 sf overhauled 100amp panel to 200 in October 2015! Took us 5 months to get started but we were warned up front Jim was that far out & busy. We passed the rough in then I saw Jim one more time in 2016 & we got 3 outlets & 1 switch! Yay! BUT

Haven't seen or heard from Jim since! We've texted called & emailed EVERYTHING has gone unanswered! Some girl answered his emails once then emailed me back to say she quit! Very fishy, maybe Jims website has been hacked. Maybe Jim is dead. We just don't know!

We just can't continue to wait on Jim to finish the House & call the building dept for final inspection. We don't know how good Jim is because we haven't passed final. Our concern is Jim might have known it might not pass so he just disappeared! With no agreement in place there's nothing but a verbal agreement. So he's been paid $6,800 & didn't finish the job! We liked Jim personally & just hope he's ok alive & his family is good!

My advice: buyer beware! GET AN AGREEMENT IN WRITING OR DONT HIRE!
