Tyler Pitts, our technician, was amazing. He was incredibly professional and very thorough in his work. He completed the repairs to our outdoor faucet in good time, and made suggestions for other items in our home that we might consider in the future. He was genuinely kind and considerate and…some would say this isn’t important but for us it was….he asked us for our dogs name and greeted him and petted him on the head every time he re-entered the house.
