We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Mike came out to check my air conditioner it was not cooling the house. After checking the air conditioner Mike went over the cost to repair. We decided because of the cost and the age of the air conditioner to replace it. Mike went over the cost and installation of a new air conditioner and was very informative.
