Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Joseph Smith was the salesman who came and talked with us. To say we were impressed with his expertise is putting it mildly. We had to have a new furnace and a/c installed and both have worked great. He has taken time to explain everything to us as we had a lot of questions. We also bought the Nexia thermostat, keyless door lock and a camera by the front door. We've had problems with those but Joe has worked with us to fix problems we were experiencing. I can't recommend this company enough, they are right there working with us when we need them. Joe is so knowledgeable, he makes my head spin with his great memory ~ lol We will gladly call them again if we need more work done around the house, they are that efficient !!
