Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Art serviced my AC UNIT and was very friendly, professional. I am a retired Navy and we had lots to talk about, plus they offer military discounts and it can't get any better than that. Now, we are experiencing problems again, I didn't want to use anyone else because we really loved the customer service that was given. I am sure I will be writing another excellent review when the technician leaves today. I will not recommend anyone else, but EXTREME... EXCELLENT SERVICE.Steve & Peggy
