He got to my location about 30 mins after me being alerted about his arrival and took less than 40 mins to diagnose, let me know my options, and fix the problem in a timely manner. My heating unit is now back up and running before the sun went down. I found Xtreme AIr on the web, we went by their office in Sunnyvale where we met Lindell, we actually made our mind up within minutes after talking to him. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I suppose one of the most outstanding sales reps we ever met. Today Dakota and Kelson came and did the install. They were AWESOME!
