What a great company! He brought a tall ladder and replaced a smoke alarm and put in an LED light in in my 20 feet ceiling, which was a feat in itself; plus he fixed and cleaned my blinds up there which I could never reach. Then he discontinued an old Verizon battery that was beeping and driving me crazy, and then he replaced two more smoke alarm batteries. As far as I am concerned he went above and beyond to help me and I can not say enough good stuff .

I was contacted by Brian at Gravity electric in response to my inquiry to the Kohler website about installing a Kohler generator. With the price tag for such a service a bit out of my budget, Brian suggested I could purchase a DuroMax generator and his team could install at a more reasonable cost. In reliance upon this representation, I bought the generator, had it delivered to my home and advised Brian I was ready to proceed. He inquired of my address and thereafter ceased communication, despite multiple efforts to contact him. Not very professional. Consequently, I would advise any prospective customers to steer clear of Gravity Electric. There is no shortage of generator installers in the DFW area, many of whom are eager to serve their customers.

My electrician was terrific . replaced a lot of outdated switches, power panel and made outlets highly protected against water electric shock. Price was right and electrician ought to be considered a craftsman in his attention to details. I'd definite use him again.

Found this company thru Home Depot Pro referral. Had a new dedicated circuit added to electric panel. Had electric ran to backyard for gazebo fan and to storage shed with additional outlets. Louis was very professional and thorough from the initial quote to completion of the project. His Technician Raul was also professional and knowledgeable. The Residential Electric team here in Dallas were all great! We needed to replace all of our recessed lights on 2 floors. We also added a few new ones along with dimmers and switch plates. The technicians provided great input about our options before they did the job and gave us a detailed quote which was very reasonable. They even dismissed more expensive options to save us money over all. These guys were on time and got the job done without making a mess all in one day. I was nervous about hiring a company to handle this job, but I'm very satisfied and would hire them again.
