Our technician with Mr. Electric was Jake, and he was wonderful! He was on time, very polite and professional, and quick! He installed all 4 ceiling fans in probably about an hour. Not only that, their customer service is great, and they are very responsive. I would definitely recommend!

The guys at Russ Electric are THE hands down most professional group of guys I’ve ever seen when it comes to residential electric work. They went above and beyond when wiring in new fixtures for my home and even went as far as to walk me through the entire process. They arrived punctually, were very friendly and professional and worked very diligently. I honestly cannot express how much I would recommend them to anyone needing any minor or major electrical work done in their home or business. These guys are the real deal!! They came to change the electrical panel at our house.The electrician was very friendly and definitely can tell that he has been doing this for a very long time.I scheduled a time to come next week to look at all the electrical because we want to upgrade on a few things in the house.

Superb.When I learned that there was a fire hazard in my house which quite possibly put my families lives in danger, D&K Lighting was out the same day with a quote.We had an antiquated circuit breaker, which apparently had a very high likelihood of working properly. With in days of calling, we had a new box installed. D&K didn't just stick in a new box, they took time and (evident) pride in their work.When I compare the work done on our house to that of other houses in our neighborhood, the difference is clear. The work is cleaner, the wires are clearly and tightly bound and everything has been lined up and organized.When I opened the panel, it looked like a textbook how to example. No pinched wires, no extra lengths of stripped or exposed wire and the gauge looks dead on. I'm no electrician, but this looks amazing to me.I definitely recommend D&K Lighting for any electrical work you may need; especially at the price they quoted.

I called and they got an estimator out to my warehouse within a couple of days. We installed a complicated conveyer system for some storage racks and the electrical wiring had to be in all the right places for it to work properly. This electrician was patient as we worked through the plans and got everything set up. Great work and will use them again for any electrical needs in the Dallas area.

This company is incredible. We found them on Google and called them out to work on some industrial wiring for some machinery in downtown Dallas. They took care of the installations and the cost was more than reasonable. They guarantee their work, so I appreciate that kind of guarantee. We will be referring them to everyone we know as we are involved in commercial real estate and often need electricians for one thing or another. They are the BEST!

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. Was told id be an apprentice, got my fair share of daily heat exhaustion and PVC glue fumes to match. You cant feed a family on 12 an hour. Albeit a decent company though.

Just had my first visit with Jeff The Electrician and he was great! He solved my issues with my electricity and has all my lights back on. He's friendly, knowledgeable and was more than happy to discuss some updates that need to occur in the future. He was also very affordable. I won't hesitate to have Jeff back out to handle my power issues/needs.
