Awesome. Honest and reliable. Ok. Couldn’t figure out how to post a new review. But it’s now 2021. Had a problem with GFI. Lance helped me OVER THE PHONE! I will always use CADDELL ELECTRIC! They are truly a company that is honest and helpful. Never have I experienced such amazing customer service!!!!

I was contacted by Brian at Gravity electric in response to my inquiry to the Kohler website about installing a Kohler generator. With the price tag for such a service a bit out of my budget, Brian suggested I could purchase a DuroMax generator and his team could install at a more reasonable cost. In reliance upon this representation, I bought the generator, had it delivered to my home and advised Brian I was ready to proceed. He inquired of my address and thereafter ceased communication, despite multiple efforts to contact him. Not very professional. Consequently, I would advise any prospective customers to steer clear of Gravity Electric. There is no shortage of generator installers in the DFW area, many of whom are eager to serve their customers.

Peter is an excellent electrician. He showed up on time, charged a very fair price, and quickly fixed various electrical issues around our home. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Peter for all of your electrical needs, large or small.

I been thinking to install lights in my front house for a month or two, and never had the chance to find someone.I got a recommendation by a friend to contact EZ. and wow, what a great group of guys, they come on time, 3 gents, very nice and polite, know what they doing, I also let them on the way to do additional small jobs.I got few estimate, Ez was not the cheapest one, but it was very fair one. and I know I choose right.

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Great Service! Called yesterday with an issue and the technicians were at my office a little after 8 am the next morning! Zachary the technician was very patient, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Two other technicians showed up who were as equally patient, kind , knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!! Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.
