It was a pleasure on all counts working with the Gravity Electric team. They were very diligent and knowledgeable with their work. Not to mention, members of the team were very genuine people.Will be recommending them and using them anytime I need work done.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

When our original electrician called Friday night to cancel work for Saturday morning, we immediately called Mister Sparky. We were thrilled when they said they could be out on Monday. It was a lucky day when Brennon showed up today! He was able to fix our 220 V dryer outlet quickly and then worked with us to get the right style of can lights and chandelier for our dining room, even FaceTiming with us while we were at Lowe’s picking out a second chandelier when the first one didn’t work properly. Thank you Brennon!

One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.

Was told id be an apprentice, got my fair share of daily heat exhaustion and PVC glue fumes to match. You cant feed a family on 12 an hour. Albeit a decent company though.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!
