After the first AC company come and replaced my entire unit. There several things they messed up. I called Walker and Air twice now and both times they were able to fix the issue quickly! Brian Rooker was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend!

I needed a receptacle added for a new appliance I purchased and called Allied Contractors. The owner himself came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. It looks like the plug was there when the house was built! 100% will use them again. I will recommend my friends and family call Allied Contractors for any of their electrical needs!

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

I called Xtreme Air to repair my air conditioner. They offered me a same day appointment and were here at the time they said they would be. This was my first time using this company and I am definitely using them again. Mike Maxam was my repair technician. He was amazing. He was so honest. He could have told me a $1000 part was out and I would not have known the difference. Apparently when I changed the filter earlier in the week I knocked a wire out of place. Mike immediately knew what the problem was and he had it repaired in a couple of minutes. My husband had passed away recently and this was my first time I had to contact a company to have something repaired. My husband always handled all of this. I was expecting a huge bill. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I also got a quote to repair a 2nd unit we have upstairs. We primarily live downstairs and replacing that unit had not been a priority with my husband so sick. I will definitely be using Xtreme Air to replace the upstairs unit any for repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend Xtreme Air and Mike Maxam. I will definitely be requesting Mike even if I have to wait a little longer for him. Woman and the elderly can use Xtreme Air with confidence that they will not be taken advantage of. Such an honest repair technician and company. Honesty and integrity are sometimes hard to come by. Thank you Mike!
