My husband and I just purchased a home in Keller and had scheduled a fan replacement (ceilings are 18ft high), and a few other items and the guy canceled on us the day of. We were referred to Justin with 4G Electric and they got us in the next day. We have little ones and wanted these items done prior to move in and they went above and beyond! They installed our fan, put a new outlet on our back patio and replaced our microwave for us. Cannot brag enough on the amazing service. They were kind, on time and did a seamless job! HIGHLY recommend this company for your electrical needs!

We have used J-Five on several ocassions: trouble with a circuit not working, installing new lights and ceiling fans, and replacing older switches with with new ones. Jerry once had to investigate 8-10 outlets to find the culprit, then repaired it with with dispatch. Jeremy has installed several new lights, electrical and cable outlets and relcated service with expertise.Everyone from J-Five has been professional, easy to talk with and knew what they were doing, even when presented with tough, unusual situations.I will be using them again in a few weeks as we are doing more remodeling.

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Molly spent more time than she anticipated on our 50+ year old home and it’s quirky issues. She knew exactly what the problem was and had to search for some time to find the hidden issue. Really appreciate her diligence and knowledge.
