After getting three quotes for replacing a outdated breaker box and replacing a loose meter base, Russ Electric got our business. Their price was considerably lower than the other two companies. One of the companies quoted $800 to pull a permit from the City of Garland. Russ Electric took care of it for nowhere near that price.Two of Russ's electricians arrived at the scheduled appointment time. They were both very professional, courteous and friendly. They even agreed to do some last minute additional work that was not quoted and gave a fair price to include it.When they completed the job, the area was cleaned of any debris and sweep. Other than a shiny new cover panel on the breaker box, a wall mounted surge protection unit and properly mounted meter base, there was no trace of them being there.The job was completed within the estimated time, including the additional work and passing the necessary inspection from the city. The only delay was getting the service turned back on by GP&L and it was due to the rainy weather that rolled in later in the day.Russ Electric will get our business in the future.

We were installing a Cosmo Range Hood, heavy and not the standard range hood by any means. Nathan Magill of Atom Electric requested the install pdf instructions ahead of time and on the day he was prepared and prompt. There were a lot of details, and we observed him closely - a very experienced electrician, not a carpenter, but to do the job some carpentry was required and that part of the job was skillfully done. There was never the sense he was rushing - he was steady. After the hood was put together, he made sure I understood how it worked (professional grease trap and baffles) and he hauled the old stuff away. This kind of detail should not come cheap and he wasn't - we felt it was a fair price and look forward to hiring him again. We are MUCH more likely to take a chance on something new when we know there is somebody knowledgable and smart to do it right.

Installed a lemon HVAC...Trane...had to install a new unit of Over $8k after 2 years of of really poor service. Left me with water damaged wall with no recourse.Sean and Tim were great though...came to replace my Drip pan and did a superb job .

OnlyCharge installed a level 2 Tesla Charger in my garage. They gave me many options and had very reasonable rates. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. The service technician was nice and quick with the installation. All and all good experience, and made my life way more convenient! No more driving back and forth to charging stations now I can charge conveniently at home while I sleep!
