Angel did an excellent job. He was prompt, very courteous, and kept me well informed of the needed repairs. This is the second time that I have used 4G for miscellaneous repairs and I highly recommend them.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

You have a great company and very pleasant employees. It's always a pleasure doing business with you even though it's painful having to spend a lot of money. But I'm happy with the cost and they were able to work with me so everything's great. Thank you very much and I certainly will be recommending you to anybody else that needs this type of service.
