When Michael came to install two ceiling fan/lights on vaulted ceilings he was prompt, polite and professional. When we tried to use the fans we found that both remotes were operating both fans so if we turned the light on in one room, it also came on in the other room.
We contacted the office and another appointment was scheduled to fix the problem. We received multiple emails and texts reminding us that the appointment was set for Wednesday between 2:00 and 4:00.
Wednesday is here but the technician isn't. My wife called the office at 4:20 and again at 4:50 leaving messages both times. It's now 5:35 and we still haven't heard anything. I'm sure glad that I lost half a day's wages waiting around for them.

Bill W. was assigned to my job of installing two pantries and a kitchen island. He was very friendly and respectful and did an amazing job in a timely manner (under 3 hours). This man could build an entire house from the ground up -- very knowledgeable on just about everything and gave all sorts of advice on other current and future projects I'm planning. I'd 100% recommend asking for him since they have a few handymen available!
