Called and requested a quote, then set up an appointment for work to be done. No one showed up for the appointment or called me back.
edit - In response to the owner, call was made on a monday and appointment was set for thur. No one showed up. Number I called matches number on google and website.

The owner Bob is very skilled as an independent business owner and has a great personality. He is a good communicator and reviews with you what he is going to do and is very good at asking you what you want. He offers suggestions that ultimately makes the project better. Great guy, great electrician and wonderful to work with. Overall, a great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bob to others.

We received our quote within the same day, and they came in $500-$1000 less than 2 other quotes we’d had. Once we signed the contract, the permit was pulled the following day. They have been dependable, no-nonsense and have worked diligently to get the job done. They even took money off the initial estimate when the labor costs came in under budget.
