If you have non-emergency work to be done, do call at least 2-3 weeks prior to expecting service. That way, there's less stress for everyone, and probably helps them balance their workers' schedules to allow for the inevitable emergency calls.

I called at 1am on a Friday night with no power to the house. Joe was here within 18 minutes and fixed the issue. He was very helpful and professional. Will use this company again if needed.

The technician was friendly and I don’t blame the experience on him. He showed up to my house without a face covering and had to come inside. I found that highly inappropriate given the circumstances and the fact that coronavirus cases continuing to rise in Franklin County. I was also quoted an outrageous amount for services I did not need. I would not recommend using this company.
