The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I am very pleased with the work Cody Moore did on replacing and fixing the siding on my home. He was very efficient and professional.

I woke up to no hot water yesterday morning and called Columbus handyman. Sent pictures of the gas hot water tank and the plumber was here within a few hours, he bought the new tank at Beechwold Hardware , replaced the tank, and took the old one out. He did this all very quickly and I had hot water within 45 minutes after he left. Excellent work.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
