Bob was professional, courteous, and personable. He was also here diagnosing my problem 15 minutes after I first spoke to him on the phone. This was mostly luck, but it was a real breath of fresh air after calling two other electricians and getting no answer. He figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue within an hour. I can’t recommend him enough! Thanks Bob!

They did a TON of work around our home: outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor outlets, outdoor overhead lights, outdoor outlets and HDMI outlet, recessed lighting in the basement, separated light zoes on new switches, installed 2, 220 wired heaters in our garages. Awesome communication, great prices for extraordinary work. Would highly recommend.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Had an appointment scheduled to receive a quote to upgrade some wiring, but the electrician never showed up, when I called to see where he was the office assistant told me they would try to track him down and call me back. Fifteen minutes later no call back, when I called them again I was told that he had gotten stuck in a meeting and that maybe we could reschedule it for another day.

These guys CANNOT bend conduit. I had them install a few exposed plugs for my business and they finished the job but it looks absolutely horrible. They claimed it wasn’t in the contract any specific way they would install the pipe. I’ll be going with another company for my next job.
