Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.
