The technician came out as scheduled, left the job unfinished, the water heater was not put back together right, left two screws out which left the unit unsealed and almost caused a major CO leak. There was smell of gas, called the gas company where the gas company had to come out and shut it down the water heater and tag it. Later the tech came to fix it but whatever work he had done, caused the ignition box to melt overnight . I had to call a different company, they said it’s beyond repair and had to replace the entire water heater. I called your company for some reimbursement but haven’t gotten any call back. I am extremely unhappy with the whole situation.

This review is for Greg from Columbus Handyman, whom I hired to replace a light fixture in my bathroom with a combo light/fan in my circa 1940s house. Working on older homes can be a challenge, and I was a little nervous about the project before starting, but Greg did a great job. I wanted to pick out my own fan/light, so he gave me precise specs to use when selecting one. He showed up on time and went the extra mile (and hours) to make sure that things were done right. He even followed up extremely quickly when I had a question after the installation was finished (something very minor that was just an issue with my bulb selection). I was very pleased with my experience and would feel comfortable hiring him again as it's clear that a lot of attention to detail was given to doing the job right.

Jesse was very thorough in looking at our porch steps that needed replaced. He found a non-slip type wood and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Pretty clear this business owner is a racist and a bigot. If you’re not willing to do business with all people, regardless of race, religion, or origin, you should close your business. There is no place for that kind of hate in this world.
