He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. I was trying to save some time in my busy schedule to have a repair man help me with a sink link and door gap issue. The gentlemen came was here for an hour did nothing then left due to a family emergency. Said someone would contact me to reschedule. No one contacted me so I called and emailed them, after getting ahold of them the following day they now cant have anyone out for over 4 weeks. While I understand emergencies happen, to not be able to make it right and have us wait another 4 weeks is pretty bad customer service. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to here. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and not indicative of their business, but they have lost me as a customer and will make sure to not refer anyone their way.
