Our technician, Clayton, installed a battery backup sump pump as well as utility sink, replaced a bathtub spout and added an air intake pipe for our tankless water heater. As a family with young children, he was able to come in and complete our plumbing problem quickly, efficiently and at a low cost. Called for a quote, the gentleman answered the phone with a plain Hello so I asked if I had reached the correct company being the fact that he picked up the phone as if he was very bored and he continued to ask me if I knew how to dial a phone correctly and I said yes am I speaking to Neff Plumbing because a Hello isn't a great way to open a conversation with someone looking for a specific company. Then he continued to curse me out all because I asked if I had the right company after not being told so!!! Bad Business
