Based on reviews, I called the company to set up an electrical home inspection for a house we are in contract with.They were able to come out the very next day for the inspection, which was excellent due to our quickly ending inspection period. I wasn’t able to be there, but when I got the invoice later on, they had charged for just the 10 point inspection, not the whole home as discussed. I called and asked why, and they were able to come back the same day and conduct the whole home inspection. For this I am very grateful, but was frustrated because that meant the seller had them in their house twice in the same day. I had clearly indicated and planned for the whole home inspection, so I don’t know what happened. We got the updated bill, and the invoices. I would have thought since they screwed up, they would offer a discount but they didn’t. Especially considering they knew we had to again reach out to the sellers and obtain a very rapid response in order to complete the inspection within few short hours (again, happy they could do it but very much an inconvenience for us, our realtor, their realtor, and the seller).UPDATE: promptly after posting the initial review, the owner Matt called me personally to ask about what happened. After a very polite, honest conversation in which he let me detail the events of the day, he informed me of his 100% satisfaction guarantee and provided the most generous of refunds. I greatly appreciate the unwavering willingness to satisfy customers.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL . He was a no call, no show TWICE. First time, no call, no show, in middle of September-he said he was sick. I was sympathetic, we spoke back and forth. Once I offered to pay cash, he agreed to come out middle of Nov. Nov. 18th I called to remind and confirm and never heard back. Of course I've called him twice, texted him once, NOTHING.
I wasnt angry, just wasting people's time is so rude. I can get it done but the behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL.

Sent multiple emails to this company with no response.
No longer interested in doing business with this company.
