Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.
